Gregg Carlson is a respected executive search consultant and human resources executive with more than 25 years of related experience.  His 12-year career in management assignments at Wells Fargo and his nationwide network of referral sources have enabled him to successfully complete many senior-level searches.

In 1992 Gregg started Carlson & Associates, a retained search firm serving a diverse set of clients throughout the Midwest.  As his experience and reputation for providing top-notch service has grown, he has successfully represented some of the best companies nationwide.

Carlson earned a B.A. degree in business administration/ management from the University of St. Thomas and a M.A. degree in industrial relations from the University of Minnesota.  He is a member of The Greater Des Moines Committee, an active Rotarian and has been involved in many community, school and church volunteer activities.
