EXECUTIVE ASSIMILATION

A successful job search is a significant investment in your company's future. You've invested time and money to finding the "right" person for the job. It is essential that the new hire get off to a great start, and the first 90 days of employment are critical. The new hire must not only learn about your business and adjust to a new culture but is also expected to contribute to decisions that are impacting your bottom line.

As part of your search process, CSG offers executive assimilation coaching, or on-boarding as it is also known, to help you maximize the return on your investment. An external coach will work with your company and new executive to create an assimilation plan that includes actions on how your new leader will learn about the company and culture, build relationships with key colleagues, assess the new leader's team, as well as accelerating the process for connecting and building credibility. One this is in place, the coach and new executive will meet regularly, mostly by phone, to discuss how the plan is working, as well as any other issues and concerns that have come up.

All of this is designed to help the new hire and the organization successfully navigate the change and challenges that typically occur in the first days of employment. In most cases the coaching sessions last 90-120 days, but they can be extended beyond that time.
